Deadline Extension and Submission Option Activation – SI CJOR (SOR-SympSlov)

We would like to inform you that, due to technical issues on the publisher’s side (Springer), the submission option “S.I.: SOR-SympSlov” in the Editorial Manager system (https://www.editorialmanager.com/cjor/) was unavailable for some time. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

The submission option is now fully active and available, in accordance with the published Call for Papers for the CEJOR Special Issue (SOR-SympSlov). We kindly invite you to submit your manuscripts following the instructions provided in the CFP.

Due to the delay caused by these technical issues, the submission deadline has been extended to 31 March 2026.

SOR’25 Announcement

The 18th International Symposium on Operations Research in Slovenia (SOR ’25) will be held at Hotel Astoria, Bled, Slovenia, September 24-26, 2025. The professional objectives of the international symposium are to provide a forum for international and national exchange of ideas on various aspects of OR and related fields.

Important dates:

Submission of contributed papers:  June 1, 2025
Referee’s reports: July 1, 2025
Submission of revised papers and copies of bank transfer: August 25, 2025.

Dear participants of SOR’23!

We successfully completed the 17th International Symposium on Operations Research in Slovenia – SOR’23, held from 20th to 22nd September 2023 in Bled, Slovenia.

We thank to all the authors and co-authors of papers, keynote speakers, the speakers at the Opening and Closing ceremony, reviewers, chairs of sessions and all other participants and sponsor, because without you, the symposium would not be what it was.

You can find there also the proceedings of SDI-SOR previous symposia SOR’21, SOR’19, SOR’17, SOR’15, SOR’13, SOR’11, SOR’09, SOR’07, and SOR’05.

We hope that the symposium offered many answers to questions linked to topics of the symposium and networking opportunities with colleagues and friends.
