Registration

Note that the papers accepted for publication in the conference proceedings will be published in the proceedings if at least one of the co-authors registers for the conference and pays the registration fee by August 25th, 2025.

REGISTRATION FEES*:

  • Regular: 300,00 €
  • SDI-SOR & HDOI members: 250,00 €
  • PhD Studend: 250,00 €
  • Accompanying persons: 150,00 €

*VAT (22%) is included in the registration fees.

Note that at least one registration fee should be paid per one paper.

The registration fee includes: SOR’25 Proceedings (except for accompanying person), light lunches, coffee breaks, get-together afternoon and one dinner (VAT is included).
